Dr. Janet Byaruhanga, Head of Health System, Africa Union Advancement Company (AUDA) 

state Africa requires a practical pharmaceutical market to broaden its capability to react to the health requirements of its individuals. 

She stated this would likewise reinforce health systems and add to the general socio-economic advancement of the continent

Dr Byaruhanga stated this in Accra at a conference held by the AUDA to go over manner ins which African nations can collaborate the many efforts around the continent

that intends to reinforce Africa's capability to produce its own medications. 

The conference was participated in by pharmaceutical specialists from the AU member states, 

local financial neighborhoods, the economic sector, academic community, and civil society companies from throughout Africa.
